Working with unverified Opportunities

  1. Create an unverified Opportunity as a standard Opportunity and tick off the box with the text that reads „This opportunity will need to be verified. It is important to ensure that it is indeed based on real user needs“.
  2. The message? „Not verified“ will appear for this Opportunity.
  3. By clicking on the Opportunity, you can change its verification status in the detail section on the top right-hand side.

Using the symbols, you can add your hypotheses on Opportunities to the Opportunity Solution Tree even without knowing whether the users actually have this problem. You can then gradually verify these Opportunities later, thus investigating their existence.
