Adding a Product Outcome

Space method: 

  1. Click on the „Add outcome“ button.
  2. Fill in your product goal.
  3. If you want to add other Outcomes, click the button in the „Product Outcomes“ column above.


Research method:

  1. Go to the „Research“ tab.
  2. Find „Link to Space“.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to create an Outcome.

Setting Product Outcomes has a few rules that you should follow so that your goals make sense. Firstly, the product goal should support your business goal. It should also be measurable, e. g., Increase the conversion average by 5%. And we also recommend not setting more than three goals.
