Creating a Highlight from a Research

  1. From a given Research, open the „Run“ tab where you have recorded the Interview.
  2. Select the part of the text that you want to turn into a Highlight.
  3. Click the „Highlight“ button next to the selected part of the text. The Highlight will immediately open on the right.
  4. If you want to add a comment to the Highlight, click the „Comment“ button and type your comment.
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 4 to create other Highlights from this research.

Remember that Highlights are an important part of creating Insights and Opportuntities, which then result in an Opportunity Solution Tree. That’s why it’s important to create them carefully and focus on the key information received from the Research.
