Linking interview outputs to an Opportunity Solution Tree

  1. Create Insights from your interviews.
  2. Open the Link to Space tab.
  3. Mark the specific Insight that you want to add to the Opportunity Solution Tree.
  4. Select the created Opportunity that you want to assign the Insight to.

If your research is not stored in userUP, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Space with your Opportunity Solution Tree.
  2. Click on the given Opportunity and open the Insights tab.
  3. Add the new Insight and insert a link to the research that’s not stored in userUP.
  4. Confirm the Insight assignment to the Opportunity Solution Tree.

Link your Insights resulting from interviews to the Opportunity Solution Tree for a better overview. This gives you a precise foundation to create your Opportunity Solution Tree, and you’ll have a clear idea of how to move forward.
