Creating an Opportunity Solution Tree

If your research is in userUP:

  1. Create Insights in your Research.
  2. Under the Link to Space tab, create a new Opportunity or Sub-opportunity (if necessary).
  3. Link the Insight to each Opportunity or Sub-opportunity.

If your research is not in userUP:

  1. Open your Space.
  2. Create a new Opportunity or Sub-opportunity (if necessary).
  3. Add links to your researches and materials to each Opportunity or Sub-opportunity.

The „Opportunity Solution Tree“ method helps us when creating a product to decide which solution to choose, based on the crossover between our business and product goals and the customer’s needs. This method allows for proper Solution Prioritisation and selecting the most effective steps toward achieving success.
